I like this app except it doesn't/can't give you an estimated wait time. I use the app then after 15-20 minutes I call to find out how much longer. This app doesn't cut down wait times. It's a very basic app and I was having issues with it so I uninstalled and now it won't install again.
I booked a pick up time of 2:00pm. It is now 2:15 and no taxi is on it's way. When I called roach's they said the app does not work to book set times. I am now going to miss or be late for my doctor appointment. The app does not work as advertised.
I used once and it never let me know about the arrival of the cab I ordered and it will not let me order thru the app again after using it once. I liked the older verison better.
The new app is only good for one use. When you book a cab the app will tell you "looking for cab" when in actuality the driver phones you to say he's at the front door waiting for you. The booking remains in place constantly "looking for cab" with no ability to cancel or make new bookings without first clearing the current one in place.
This new app is horrible..never works.

This app is basically useless. I expected it to start by showing me a map with available taxis. Nope. I also can't pay on the app. It can't really do anything except let me blindly book a taxi.
